Ingredients:
- 2 cups of whole wheat flour
- 1/2 tsp of baking soda
- 1/2 tsp of baking powder
- 3 large ripe bananas
- 1 tbsp of coco powder
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter at room temperature
- 1/2 tsp of cooking oil
- 1/2 tsp of vanilla essence
Recipe:
Preheat oven to 190°C for 10 minutes.In a large bowl, mash a banana, mix sugar, melted butter, cooking oil, vanilla essence Sift the dry ingredients and add to the bowl and gently mix until well combined.Put the batter in the baking pan which should be greased with butter and some flour must be dust and rolled so that cake comes out easily.Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted at the center comes out clean.
