Ingredients:
- 1 cup All purpose flour (maida)
- 4 cups coco powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 cup plain buttermilk
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup cooking oil For frosting
- Butter - 1/4 cup
- Milk - 1/6 cup
- Vanilla essence - 1/2 tsp
- Icing sugar - 1 & 1/2 cup and few choco chips for toppings
Recipe:
take 1 cup all purpose flour(maida) to it add 4 cups coco powder,1/4 tsp salt and 1 tsp baking powder sieve well (twice or thrice).In another bowl 1 cup plain buttermilk add 1 cup sugar mix well till it dissolve then add 1/2 tsp baking soda let it stand for few seconds add 1 tsp vanilla essence.Now add the wet mix to the dry mix (use spatula or blender) so that it mixes well like a puree, now add oil 1/4 cup (any cooking oil) ...mix well all. Grease a microwave safe bowl or glass bowl add the mix immediately and cook for 4-5 min let it cool for a while (take a toothpick and insert in the center for done) Let it cool for 10 min or so. Make the frosting. Melt butter in a pan in low flame remove from flame. Add the powdered sugar,milk and vanilla and stir well to get a spreading consistency frosting.Trim the crusted top and apply the frosting all over with a cutlery knife. Decorate with choco chips.
