Mango Milkshake(Aamras)


Ingredients:

  • 1 cup plain fat-free yogurt
  • 1 cup ice cube
  • 1 large mango, peeled, pitted and chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • chopped dry fruits for garnish(1 cashew,2 pistachios,2 almonds)

Recipe:

Place all ingredients, except dry fruits , in a blender; blend until smooth. Pour into 2 tall glasses.Garnish each with chopped dry fruits.
