Ingredients:
- 1 Puff pastry sheet(store bought)
- 1tbsp Butter (melted)
- 2tbsp Sugar(powdered)
- 1/2cup Chocolate chips(optional)
- 1 tsp cinnamon powder(optional)
Recipe:
Brush the puff pastry sheet with the melted butter.Sprinkle the sugar, chocolate chips and cinnamon powder generously over the pastry sheet and fold on both sides to bring both edges to the middle to form a log(check pic)(need to roll one side half and the other side n then cut n fold a little to give shape),freeze for 15 minutes. Meanwhile preheat the oven to 350F. Arrange over the baking sheet lined over a baking tray.Bake for 12-15 minutes until the crust turns golden brown.Let it cool completely, do not touch or move the palmiers when they are warm. Enjoy.
